“We were able to not only comply with our 60-month deadline, but we finished in 58 months, so two months ahead of schedule. We were able to deliver a very mature product in a good time to market window. We also got benefits in terms of quality. We were able to deliver many specifications better than the plan. For example, we achieved a better point in terms of fuel burn from 16% to 17.3%. We were able to do this because we had more time to test features since we finished the project 2 months earlier than expected.”
